Prepper's Total Grid Failure Handbook: Alternative Power, Energy Storage, Low Voltage Appliances and Other Lifesaving Strategies for Self-Sufficient Living by Alan Fiebig and Arlene Fiebig

"I received a free sample in exchange for writing a review on my blog"

The book, Prepper's Total Grid Failure Handbook by Alan Fiebig and Arlene Fiebig can be super helpful for the future or anytime you want to live off the grid! It's got information that can be super helpful in any case, even emergencies. I've always been interested, well recently into constructing my own batteries and working with solar or Eco energy. So when I read this book I felt informed on the different types and even how to build or construct things with the right cords. It's a pretty great guide for preppers and very helpful!

I love the information on what would be more cost efficient when it comes to creating power for one's home. I always want to get the best deal and plan before jumping into anything! Especially, if in any way it might not work out throughout the year due to weather conditions or anything that might head my way! Therefore, having a little bit of guidance to forecast what I want to know, is always a good thing! One type I loved learning most about is self-made power. It's a workout and a great source of power, like those hand cranking devices. I have actually been focusing on some Eco-friendly ideas and ways to create power and this is quite a great one. Plus, when you move to make the power or store some, you get to work out a bit as well! Like having double benefits and saving, in the long run, makes it three. However, there are so many covered inside and each is great ways.

That is why I found this book to be a great resource for alternative ideas to fuel and power up my home and devices. It's one book that is very easy to understand, with illustrations to help out. The book covers all types of different ways to power up your home and devices. I think I still need to read more into constructing wires together, before attempting. However, this book has opened my eyes to the possibilities which are endless if you know how to use the different resources out there! Finally, this is a terrific reference book and guide!
