I know it's possible for an advanced knitter to grasp these patterns easily. However, from knowing myself, I'm a quick learner. I've been knitting scarves already, so just taking it up a notch and trying to make other things for winter, from this book can't be too difficult. Of course, when I do get better, it will become a piece of cake! So, it's always a good way to practice!
Honestly, I just really admire the projects inside and each creative design that can be added to the hats like pompoms to place on top! There are so many helpful photos of the final design and patterns of the design. Also, plenty of pattern text to go along with each project. It's quite an excellent guide book for the Nordic style!
Finally, this book is super helpful, very simple to understand and has everything you need to learn before beginning. It also tells you the yarn or tools needed to get the design done. I really enjoyed taking a peek inside and plan to start some of these, so when winter comes I'll be prepared and so will my family!
