Eat Beautiful by Wendy Rowe

I am in love with being naturally beautiful! Forget that fake shield of makeup, which is wonderful to cover up imperfections, but once it's off of you still have to deal with the skin you have. Same goes for your hair, nails and pretty much the entire body inside and out! Therefore, one book I read this year of January has really made me super happy to be me by taking in what my body needs and leaving out what my body doesn't want and this book is called Eat Beautiful by Wendy Rowe!

Of course, food is the major piece of what the body needs to look and feel it's best. That is exactly what you're going to learn about inside this book. You'll understand the bad foods that you should avoid, which some are very obvious after years of hearing what others say in their books and words of mouth from a doctor, but having it right in front of you and learning about not only the bad stuff but the good stuff, like fruits and other plant foods that help cleanse and detox the body as well as provide the nutrients one needs to keep the body healthy and attractive. I know the book might not say attractive or sexy, but this book is going to provide you with foods that won't make you feel embarrassed to go naked or wear nothing to cover your beautiful face-up. 

What this book is, well a recipe book of healthy nutrition for the body. However, it's more than just what to eat, but what it can do for the body and skin. For example, eggs are one of the good foods
you need to have that beautiful healthy skin. It's packed with nutrition and honestly, I always eat eggs, pasture is best but I get natural/organic when I can. The main part that you need to eat is the yolk, don't remove them as they hold all the key vitamins for a healthy body. To me, they do resemble a bright golden/yellow sun with the white clouds and yolk being the sun which is perfect because like the sun they provide you with Vitamin D. Well, this is one food type you'll learn about, with all of the vitamins listed on the page for reference and there are so many others which are inside this book! Finally, I really love this book! It's so helpful and filled with more than recipes but information and ways to improve one's body and health forever!
