That is just terrific! I mean most books you really need to get the right stuff, as it won't always appear or come out as seen in the book. However, when you don't have all those rules, it's a great way for any beginner to take what they know and practice crocheting, anyplace and anytime. I always have yarn on hand, but not typically thick wool or other types that are needed for some things I create. I can tell that even with boot making or clothing making with these cotton yarns, the item doesn't come out as it should, but still works. However, in this book, I don't need to worry or think about what I use to complete the project. Plus, I'm learning to make squares and all types, 101 to be exact.
Finally, this is a terrific book! It's super easy to practice with, create some fun designs and even put each square together and make a beautiful blanket or some gifts for the house or others.
