Plus, it's based on more of the North American plants, which I live in so it's more of a useful guide for me! I think that as many prepper books go, this is truly helpful for all year long. Since you never know when something may hit or occur. I really love the ideas and helpful guidance to edibles of plants in the world that may help anyone survive during the time of disaster, which can be anything! However, some of these recipes may sound tasty while others are quite different than I'm use to having, but if it's for survival it is necessary to have some food ideas when not much is around. Finally, I really found this book to be useful and such a wonderful guidance! Excellent material to read and useful for anyone who lives in North America!
