you get or don't get with taking a certain prescription given to you by the doctor.
I found my mom had some issues with this and I feel the same with my grandma. They both are on disability and take plenty of pills, which some seem to not do the job as good as they need and causing the doctor to prescribe higher dosages. I was curious if this book would direct me to the wrong foods to have when taking a certain prescription, and it did just that! There is a list of different types of meds, supplements and what will interfere with each. It's so simple to find and see what to avoid, simple enough for anyone to read even my grandma.
I finally want to say that this book is quite a helpful guide, and unlike the help, a doctor doesn't give you when you get your prescription even if they have all your meds you take, this book may
save your life and help you get the benefits from the medication as needed! Excellent book to own and so happy I received it!
