The World Atlas of Tea by Krisi Smith

Have you ever wanted to learn about that tea you drink? Maybe if you're like me and love tea, you probably drink plenty of mug fulls a day! The book, The World Atlas of Tea by Krisi Smith is actually something that interested me because I do enjoy tea and would love to learn more, how it's harvested and processed to be sold to the public. I know that there are many different types, but also how they are processed and even the creation of blended teas.

This actually is a great tea resource book! It even covers which tea is the top seller and how it's so much more popular in the US, as the 4th largest consumer country. Plus, the facts about caffeine and what I really love to read about, the health benefits! You always hear how green tea has a better benefit for your metabolism and many others when you have a cup. However, there are more to learned about tea and all the types, plus what they can do for you!

I really enjoyed this book, it is a true atlas of all things tea! Finally, I'd like to say that this is one of those books you can gift a tea enthusiast, those who love all types of teas and blending or just for anyone interested and the wonderful benefits they provide!
