There is information about the cards and what they stand for, what happens when a card is pulled upside down or right side up and how to figure out the meaning to the reading. You will also have many different layouts and learn to read them as you choose the cards. I love reading my own because it's fun to find out what's going on daily and seeing into the future. However, sometimes it's also good to have practice and who's better than to practice on yourself.
I think this is my first book if of any, I'd start off with before getting any other tarot book. It's a great resource guide and an excellent way to practice with oneself. Finally, this is highly recommended by myself as an easy to read book and helpful for those who want to learn for the first time or just learn to read yourself!
