Christmas Ornaments to Crochet by Megan Kreiner

I love Christmas and it's something that I want to make special this year since I'm finally in my new home and this would be the first time ever celebrating it here. However, what would be more than pleasurable is to be able to crochet some of my own decorations and use the every year! So when I came upon the book, Christmas Ornaments to Crochet by Megan Kreiner I was super excited with the wonderful little Christmas critters and decorations I could make.

These may be tiny, but super cute and a perfect size for decoration around the house, especially the ones that are made to hang from the tree like. I don't have one favorite or a few, but all of these cute projects are my favorite and with 31 to do, I'll have some projects that will keep me busy till Christmas to create. Plus, each has a photo of the festive decoration you'll be making with simple step by step patterns to follow. Oh and one thing that really looks adorable is the present, which I would really love to try first and possibly the cup of hot cocoa, something I love sipping during fall and even winter. I just am in love with the cute projects inside!

Finally, as I have been saying, I just really love the projects! Each is very creative with the optional additions you could add to each cute animal or decoration. For example, the felt scarf that the owl could be wearing and a piece of twig to be the stick under its feet. I mean that is very creative, using not only crochet but other little items to complete each project such as beads, felt and few other crafty goodies! Therefore, I find this book to be very adorable with the crochet projects inside! This is going to be a holiday with fun new decorations to create and enjoy!
