Of course, my grandma and mom could really benefit from this book, but I think I can as well! I love to stay active daily and have some knowledge of physical therapy since I took a course and got my certificate as an aide. It's true to say that movement keeps your body from feeling stiff and losing its strength. Plus it also allows you to move and flex without feeling any pain or difficulty.
The step by step approach really is easy to follow and the information is a great guide. You get some photos of true bones and examples to the causes of certain pain found at each part of the body. I think anyone interested into healing pain and feeling better, should take 10 minutes and do some stretches! Especially with the guide of this book, it is so easy.
