Honestly, I never think about exercise as a way to build bones but muscles and even in the military, they would say you didn't need milk to have strong bones. I never understood that either, until this book. I feel like maybe when growing up and being told to drink dairy milk or eat tons of dairy was the only way, but when you read this book you'll learn it's not true! There are so much more benefits to working out then muscles.
So as I seen inside the book, each of these steps to help build strong bones are listed for you to know how they help. What also is beneficial of this book is the information about Osteoporosis for those who want some real information and about the bones in our body. Since health is very important in anyone's life and to stand tall is better than feeling weak or losing height due to bone reduction. I would highly recommend this book and learning to take some time out of the day to do a few of these workouts. They aren't hard to do, all the steps to do them correctly are inside, and each will benefit you for the long run, which is something I love and so glad I've read this book!
