I think, for the most part, these plants help you emotionally and physically. It almost reminds me of a book on herbs and plants for healing but a little different. I really got inspired by this book by the cover and once I read some of the details I was inspired to learn more. There are about 38 flower remedies explained inside and information on how to apply this Chinese Medicine to heal naturally.
It's something if you're interested in plant healing, herbalism, natural ways to feel better, or all the above should check this book out! It is sort of similar to herb books but focuses on the bach flowers as the main power healers in this type of Chinese Medicine. Finally, I really like the information, can't wait to use some to heal my body inside and out and feel my best!
