The Chile Pepper Bible by Judith Finlayson

I always loved spicy foods and enjoying spicy peppers in many of my meals, which is like a normal for me! So I was super excited to find a book dedicated to the spicy and mild chili peppers. The book is called The Chili Pepper Bible by Judith Finlayson and is packed with so much information on peppers and delicious recipes that can be created as well!
You get a book packed with all types of peppers, from the bell pepper and some others that are super hot to cause your mouth and head to sweat! These are wonderful in all types of recipes and meals you can create, but with this book, you'll have an idea of the different types of dishes you can use them into. There is even a listing of all the peppers heat levels. By this, you can tell how hot or mild they really are on the scale. So imagine you want to cook a meal, but don't want to bring so much heat! Well, this book can help you decide on how hot or what paper to use. Also how to tell which pepper is which. The physical description and image of each are in the book as well!
Now what is wonderful about this bible, is that it's packed with so many delicious recipes including the obvious types like chilis and some delicious desserts! Plus, there are tips on the side panel of each recipe inside and the list of ingredients, servings, if it's gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan and steps to make these delicious recipes. Also, some of the recipes give you a lovely realistic photo of the final dish. Finally, I really enjoyed this helpful information on chili peppers and the lovely recipes I can create in my own home with some heat. It really is going to be a fun addition to add some new and spicy recipes to my cooking!
