Unlike writing a biography or history of one's life, this is just a piece that you could tell which has memories wrapped around it and what it helped you learn or understand after you finished it.
Quite like a book that teaches another, what you have learned after accomplishing what you've done. That is basically a memoir, memories in a book explaining your accomplishments. So like I mentioned, you can really make as many books on different topics that occurred in your life. It doesn' t have to be a full life story, which isn't a memoir. Plus that would be one huge book to write!
The book is actually even a great guide with chapters that make it easy to figure out which type of memoir you want to make and how to begin them. Since each type might be a little different from a recipe memoir to a scrapbooking memoir. I really found this to be interesting and such an easy guide to help me create one about a few things that happen in my life and what I could have learned from them.
