It's not difficult, even if they don't show step by step images. However, each pose is a great challenge, some being easier than others. You will get to do some fun poses like the Cat Pose or the Corpse and even the Half Moon. No matter whichever you choose, there are 100 different cards and so many to try. There really isn't any booklet just a pack of cards, but a few cards explain the game plan of the cards and how to use. However, if you know Yoga this would be helpful as an addition to your practice, but in my opinion, anyone can use these and enjoy learning the moves or poses. Also, to be correct, there is a few with step by step moves shown on certain poses, but most are one image of the final result. It's a great gift for that workout buddy or someone interested in Yoga and can also be a fun thing to change of the old routine and get a bit more flexible!
I found this to be a superb set of yoga poses and a fun way to learn! I do know there are some health benefits and reasons for each pose, which it doesn't explain. However,I'll figure it out by a little search online. No matter, it's a great gifting item and a wonderful way to practice and feel great with every stretching pose!
