I know from the past, that reflexology is always a way to heal from certain points on the foot. It's like a connection to the inner part of our body, where we can't get too!
These certain points will help us stimulate that area of the body we can't reach and possibly motivate our body to naturally heal without referring to drugs of any type!
This could be the simple healing technique that doesn't cost you anything, just a little bit of time in your day. However, if it's going to cure or heal something that needs healing or fixing than I'm all for it!
So, while reading the book I noticed that it's packed with illustrations and an easy guide to mapping the foot. It's very easy to see what part is connected to what part of the foot. You will be able to locate each pressure point and learn how to natural heal yourself with this book's guidance. Therefore, maybe it's time to let natural healing be part of our lives! I feel it's better to rely on what we can do first before taking anything that might not be needed!
