I think it's my favorite out of all the yoga books out there! I really enjoyed the helpful stretches and positions inside which really are easy to do, since the illustrations guide you. I do think that this has made me feel energized and fired up to go go go! I feel that all the talk about yoga being a great source of exercise and relaxation is so true since I started doing the moves in the book. It only takes a few minutes and makes the body and just all over I feel great! Plus, the illustrations just make me want to smile every time I look at them! It's just a wonderful book and so simple to use and perform!
