Doodletopia: Manga by Christopher Hart

The book, Doodletopia: Manga by Christopher Hart will have you learning to create manga easily and fast! Since you look inside the book and it's got you started drawing right away, no long introduction or chapters to read over before beginning. However,  There are simple how-tos and easy to follow steps to teach you what to do to make a character look perfect when doodling Manga. The tools that you need to begin can be found in the front, while the most part of this book refers to the different types of characters you can draw, from features and type of character.

I would suggest anyone starting out to grab a copy of this book! It's excellent when it comes to understanding and learning how to draw, especially if you just don't draw at all. The book will teach you the basic lessons to developing the character and what features you will include to finish the piece. Just imaging comic strips, TV shows and much more that use these type of drawings. Many times, I've always wanted to create a cartoony anime character and this really came in handy. It's not difficult to understand or tricky to learn with just the book.
The steps are simple enough and so easy to see, nothing is done tiny or in small print. The pages are packed in order to keep it easy to follow and simple to look where I need too, to work on a specific part of my characters such as the hair or face. Plus, with the cutouts included, it really helps even more! Finally, it's a great book, nice size and filled with all the information to creating and beginning to set up making a character (any type, animal or human) easily.
