Master Your Money by Ron Blue and Michael Blue

The book, Master Your Money by Ron Blue and Michael Blue really breaks it down to a simpler level for anyone to grasp what to do when you have financial problems. It has everything from taxes, investing, debt, and pretty much everything about financial issues that many of us face. There are many realistic examples mentioned in this book with even charts to show you an example and help you build your own plans to get out of any tight money problems.

What I found so very useful is that it covers a few things that in my life right now I'm going through. I even found some good information for my mom, who is deep in debt and has no idea where to start or what to do to get out of it. Also, the quotes used for each chapter is very enlightening. They really make sense and are a perfect addition to the book. However, the entire guidance in this book really allows me to take notice of the mistakes I could have made, or will make if I buy a certain item, invest, or just any type of thing that relates to money. I've always had a curiosity about money and the many different things that can be done to increase or decrease it. Many of these that were on my mind is the purpose of investing, does it really help build money or is it a waste of time, then there was the way to set up a bulletproof financial plan for my goals in life, and lastly taxes which I've always felt a bit lost at.

Therefore, when I read this book I had learned a few new things and feel much more knowledgeable about these three I've been curious about. The one I'd like to share is the financial planning. Since I am soon going to be a home buyer and will soon be opening my own business. However, I know there is going to be taxes involved and more financial issues I'll need to keep my eyes on. So my main concern was if something was to happen and how should I plan for these to be added into my life. Therefore, I took a glance more into the section of Financial Planning and there was an excellent amount of information and a diagram to visually see how his setup plan will help the individual. This diagram focuses on 4 easy planned steps.

The first is where the person is right now in life with expenses and other financial issues. Step 2 you list the goals you want to establish. Now the last two, steps 3 and 4 deal with building an action plan to help you achieve these long-term goals and the last is controlling these financial plans. Of course, there is a great deal of what you can include in the chart if you don't know what to put. However, this is one of the best ideas I've read when it comes to Financial Planning. Plus, the example throughout this book of Bob and Laura's financial problems and what they worked on to get it figured out, really helped me understand this and many other financial problems a little bit better.
Finally, it's a great book about financial planning to understand the many things that can occur in someone's life. Plus, using a heavenly guidance of charts, diagrams and real examples that can help anyone understand about money issues a lot easier! Therefore, I would highly recommend this book as it's a great read for success in all things dealing with finance.
