Healing with Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford

The book, Healing with Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford is a complete book of nutrition benefits in the foods we eat and grow. Even if this isn't a recent release, the book still has so much information that is still true for today. There is so much wonderful information on all types of foods and their benefits for healing. Plus, it's easy to find with the organized topics, such as grains or fruit with each food listed in that section or if you want to learn about healing certain diseases, they would be located under that section of the book. Plus, the book has so many tips and nutritional facts on foods that really help and heal the body.  You will even find more than just information on typical fruits and everyday veggies we eat, but ingredients like  Algae, Wheat and Barely Grass, Goats milk, Cows milk,  Mothers milk, Soy, Tofu, Tempeh and so much more!
However, as I mentioned before this book is a full list of fruits, grains, veggies and so much healthy plant foods that are used to help heal the body. There are even ways to create recipes, you'll learn to combine food, the five therapeutic ways to use flavors, the five elements, the list of disease and dietary treatments, which is always excellent to know and so much more! It's a huge book, so it will totally cover so much and feed knowledge to anyone's brain. I really enjoy the separate and complete information on every topic listed. There are so many details and even charts to explain what is each food provides.
I also love that it's in a nice hardcover and is easy to understand, but so useful for natural health care and practices that involve food as healing tools. As for me, I always rely on real food, verse fake ingredients to help me feel better. Sometimes, an idea of what is out there and what a certain food can do to help a person is always good to know. So instead of searching online, this book gives me a view of everything I can do to protect and help feel better sooner with certain whole foods. Nothing else, recently I found or seen to be just a full healthy guide of information on helpful ways that I can use real foods in place of certain medicines to even cure some top diseases and problems that many are facing.

Finally, this is an excellent read! It's a perfect book filled with information for health-conscious people, natural living, and just anyone interested understanding these foods and what they can do for you. It's just a perfect book of health!
