The book, The Complete Guide to Making Cheese, Butter, and Yogurt at Home by Rick Helweg is perfect for homemade dairy making edibles! You get a full guide to creating some delicious dairy delights that work for all sorts of meals and treats. I myself love dairy and to be able to create homemade cheese, yogurt, and even my own butter is pretty awesome!
I find having things homemade is so much better and can be fun than buying it already done. The book itself is packed with easy guidance to each recipe inside, which there is a bunch to choose from. The use of goat, sheep and of course, the original cow milk is also included. Sometimes lactose can be a problem, so making dairy products with goat milk could be  a great alternative and that is something you'll find out from inside this book.
I notice that when you do make these on your own, you can save some money most of the time. However, it all depends on the ingredients and yet homemade is always still better, since it's fresh and you know where the products came from or when you bought them. I think each recipe is very easy to follow, includes all the ingredients in plain site and also includes a few photos to the final result.
Therefore, this is an excellent book! I love the design of the cover, the simple directions and the many different delicious dairy products you can create on your own!
