Digital Nature Photography: The Art and The Science by John and Barbara Gerlach

The book, Digital Nature Photography by John and Barbara Gerlach is an excellent book!  It includes both of the authors, 40 years of photography tips of nature photography inside.  There are pages packed with information and illustrations, that are breath taking! Many of the information covered is the type of camera used, lenses, lighting, night sky, sharp images, exposure and so much more!

I feel with all this information, it will come in handy for me to achieve the best photos possible, taken outdoors and of nature, something I always wanted to focus my photos around.
Every chance I get, I'm looking inside this book to get inspiration and see just how beautiful a photo could look with nature and using a camera. Plus, the information inside is very useful and since this is the 2nd edition, it explains even more recent information on digital photography.
The book will teach you tips and tricks to capturing the best photo outdoors during any place out in the world. Basically, a great guidance through the tough areas to take some great shots and even at night, to get that excellent photo no matter where you're at.  I think the main part of the book that I really enjoy is the information on the accessories and explaining the different ways to use the camera. Since, I'm a big time beginner with a DSLR Camera and want to know what each part does or what it's all about, including accessories. I feel this book helps me learn and understand everything before going out and taking photos.  I also would like to mention, this book gives you options, from shooting one photo and another of the same image, but allowing more looks to this object or area you're focusing on.
Therefore, I feel that with the information from the camera, accessories and actually taking the pictures of wildlife, sky and all the objects and surroundings outdoors. I feel that this book has it all and can be easily followed and used to learn from.  Finally, this book is excellent guidance and very useful for taking extraordinary outdoor photos, anyplace. Plus, it's super easy to understand and very fun to capture great shots for scrapbooking, art or any other subject. It's definitely a great book to learn from!
