The Firefly French/English Visual Dictionary by Jean-Claude Corbeil and Ariane Archambault

The book, The Firefly French/English Visual Dictionary by Jean-Claude Corbeil and Ariane Archambault is perfect for adults and children. This is a huge dictionary with illustrated designs to a few of the 28,000 words listed. I love that if you're trying to understand French than this book has the image to give you an idea of what the word is referring too.
I love the French language and have always been inspired with the style and remembering the language. However, after High School I sort of forgotten some words and have always wanted to teach myself again. Therefore, when I came upon this book, I was very intrigued by the illustrated images inside. It not only makes it a bit easier to see what I'm looking at, but a great dictionary for English and French speakers alike.
So as a guidance to the language or a way to study some new words and use in everyday writings, this book can really help. It's full of illustrations, French and English Word beside it, and also the information of what each item is and refers too.
If you open this book, you'll notice the beautiful designs, the 600 different subjects and the colored sections. This makes it super easy to find what you're searching for, but t's also very attractive to the eye. These subjects listed would be Astronomy, House, Earth, Clothing, Vegetable Kingdom, Arts and Architecture, Animal Kingdom, Communications and Office Automation, Human being, Food and kitchen, Transport and machinery, Do-it-yourself and Gardening, Energy, Science, Personal, Adornment and articles, Society and Sports and games.
Therefore, this book is wonderful and packed with information and definitions for your references. It's great for helping with French, as a dictionary and a great book of illustrations.
I love the descriptions of each and the lovely art which is seen inside. Justbeautiful dictionary!
