The Essential Guide to Women's Herbal Medicine by Dr. Cyndi Gilbert

The book, The Essential Guide to Women's Herbal Medicine by Dr. Cyndi Gilbert is packed with wonderful reference to herbs that can easily be made to heal and fix certain conditions and other issues that women go through as we age. What really attracted me to this book is that it's basically all about women problems, things I can relate too. Therefore, out of the many herbal books out there, which I do love. However,  this one actually is made for women needs and easier to find a way to cure a certain problem easier..
I always get caught up in these type of herbal books because they do work and provide me with all natural ingredients to fix and repair common problems. So when I began reading into this book, I was really loving the easy to navigate through each page in the alphabetical order of each situation. Some of these conditions that this book can help heal is such things like Acne, Anxiety, Menopause, Infertility, Periods and so much more! So really this is packed with great information, but what I love is that it includes a list of signs and symptoms, the conditions associated with it and all types of treatments you can use to fix the problem, not just one type!
I consider the book to be perfect guidance for beginners who want to understand what to do and how to go about using this book. The contents in front, which makes it easy to find where you want go to find a certain part in this book and they go under these titled parts, these are Introduction to Herbal Medicine, Women's Health Conditions, and Women's Medical Herbs. The best part is that there are over a total of 50 herbs featured in this book and each has information to what they care known to help with and can do for you.
Therefore, the book is really easy to understand and provide with great detailed information about these natural healing cures for the certain problems that we need to repair. Plus, the treatments are not hard to get your hands on too. Most can be found in your local store or in the kitchen, since eating healthy can do a great good for the body. Finally, I like to say that this book is very well written and a perfect companion for women who want a natural way to heal!
