A few of these different types of clothing listed inside are such items like the capes, beribboned toques, evening gloves, bonnets, turbans, and many more! I really agree if your into Fashion Design or want to read up on clothing through the 1800's than this is a great book to own.
Information About The Author:
Felicity J. Warnes lives in North London, England. Growing up, she was surrounded by books and antiques collected and sold by her father, James. She started collecting books on costume and fashion in her early 20s and now stocks about 20,000 of those books at her shop in North London and on her website, www.fjwarnes.co.uk. Among her purchases over the past 40 years are hundreds of original nineteenth-century, hand-colored fashion plates, some of which are reproduced in this book and can be purchased from the author as giclée prints. Felicity lives in London with her daughters, Jessica and Sophie; her husband, Barry; a chihuahua named Henry; and two mischievous cats called Enya and Kaspar.
