The book, Growing and Selling Fresh-Cut Herbs by Sandie Shores is packed with preparing to sell and also to provide essential items and materials to get these plants growing healthy and thriving. The book does a great job explaining many of the most common herbs that are bought and grown. It will explain how to grow them and take care of them. However, this book doesn't just stop at how to grow the plant, instead it helps you learn how to 
sell them.

What attracted me to this book is the beautiful cover and the detailed information that Sandie Shores, the author provides inside. She even has a great site that also is very helpful! However, this book has it all and more than many others would provide you with. It's organized nicely inside, making it easy to find what is needed and guide you through every step, from growth to making money.
Some of the herbs inside are the most common grown, very easy to care for too! These herbs are ones such as Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Tarragon, Cilantro, Dill and so much more!
Each of the herbs listed in this book has information on growing them properly and successfully. So if your just starting out, this can really guide you on the right track! Well, I feel that is what I'm getting from this book. It's such a great read and so fully packed with information that I don't need to search the internet for different things. I can just take a glance in this book and get started right away!

Finally, if you're interested in growing and selling your herbs for profit, than this is a great book to own! You'll be impressed with the information and can consider it your bible to selling herbs by the thickness and information you'll learn from it.

Sandie Shores is the author of Growing and Selling Fresh-Cut Herbs. She has been a professional grower of fresh and potted herbs and vegetables for nearly 30 years. She is considered an industry expert in the commercial production and marketing of fresh-cut herbs and potted herbs in volume. Due to her extensive experience with growing herbs and marketing through wholesale, retail, and farmers' markets channels she has been a trusted speaker at Universities and grower conferences around the country. Additionally, she teaches home gardeners the pleasures of growing and cooking with fresh herbs. She has recently downsized her business to allow more time for consulting and writing.
