Sketch!: The Non-Artist's Guide to Inspiration, Technique, and Drawing Daily Life by: France Belleville-Van Stone

I think the book, Sketch! will introduce those who haven't ever thought or wanted to sketch, to be inspired and pick up a pencil or pen. It really is a book that makes you understand the basics, and the author's love for drawing since she was young.

What you learn is that you only need to practice a few minutes a day and than from there, you'll take off to be inspired to draw often. Also, how to perfect your sketches to masterpieces. So taking your sketched out picture, and making it into a realistic image that everyone will love.

This book really does help and does influence me to draw more! It gives you so much tips and ideas that will keep you sketching and inspired to improve day after day. I mean, as the book says ten minutes a day is all you need, and that is true for the most part. Just drawing a little big and using the tips and techniques that the book mentions, really does help!

In away, this book is a way to remind or inspire me to keep sketching. It really hits all the information and techniques you should think about trying and doing, when you start.

So really I think when it comes down to it, is that if you follow or listen to what the author mentions in this book, than you will understand and grasp the concept of sketching and how to stay focus and draw your best work.

Really a great book to own!
