"Beltane: Ten Tales of Witchcraft" ebook

BelTane Ten Tales Of Witchcraft
by Rayne Hall

If your into some great dark fantasy, then you should check out Rayne's novels.  They are filled with stories of mythicical characters, that sure will please.. From vampires, to pirates, and now Witches.

For me this book was a joy to read.. I love things that have to do with magic and witch craft.. I always believed in magic being a part of life, not just a myth or as fake as the tv shows and movies. Magic usually in witch craft is there to brighten your goals, to motivate and help your in what you may feel you need help in. For example to relieve yourself of a headache, some may use a simple mixture of herbs or they may just use what I find handy a piece of quartz, crystal.. You get the point, many different uses that magic or shall I say magick, plays a role..

First off thanks to Rayne Hall for the complimentary copy to review.

The Book is called BELTANE: TEN TALES OF WITCHCRAFT, based on witches that use their ability to change the results in their favors..

My first impression before reading was headed towards it being based on some real feelings as most of Raynes books are. Then I started to read the book and fell right into it page by page.. There was one that I would love to share, based on a kitty cat that is more to the eye then it seems, called THE CAT MAIDEN by Mertianna Georgia.

It is interesting with two cats. The one named Gem who has these most emerald eyes that seems to relate have grown older during the moon. Gem was the cat, very friendly to those that were good and not like those that were bad, but a magic spell gave her a life to be human. She ends up falling in love with no one understanding why she acts different, since everyone things shes a human girl. She hissed and chased mice, making her look ridiculous and unusual. However near the end she finds her true love and even with her kitty ways she ends happily ever after. If you want to know more You'll have to find out when you get the book! :)

Here is what the description from the author says:
Product Description
Ten witchcraft stories by ten authors, edited by Rayne Hall

If you meet a witch, will you know if they're the kind or the evil sort? If you hear about someone practising witchcraft, how do you judge if their magic is real? If rumours spread through your neighbourhood or mass hysteria sweeps through your community, will you be able to keep a clear head? If the only way to solve your problem is by resorting to witchcraft, will you desist or give it a try?

In this book, all the witches are real. They practice different kinds of witchcraft: Traditional, Stregheria, Santeria, Wicca and more. Some are good, some are evil, and others are in between, so beware of jumping to early conclusions.

Ten authors share their visions of witches and witchcraft, and each tells their story in a different writing style. To reflect the authors' individual voices, you will find both American and British English words and spellings in this book.

See which story of these ten resonates most with you. Enjoy the tales - but be warned: these witches may not be what they seem.
