This book is very helpful for those who have emotions that go with why they maybe over weight or obese or just out of shape..even just bad eating habits.  Its not because of the food your gaining or not happy, its cause of the emotions you may be feeling..depressed,sad,angry..etc..
I think that the book is simple and easy to understand. If your one who finds food for comfort, or rely on food to feel better if your day is getting you down.. then this may be the book for you.
